Terms And Conditions

Class Policies: Classes must be used during the 4 week session (6 week session for November/December classes). There are no refunds or carryovers to future months. No Exceptions. No partners necessary (except for Romantic Slow / Wedding class). Classes are 50 minutes. We do rotate partners except in the Romantic Slow / Wedding class and we allow couples to stay together in the ballroom classes.

Disclaimer: Never force or strain yourself while dancing. Consult with your physician before starting this or any other dance or exercise routine. The teacher, studio and participants in this class disclaim any liability or loss in connection with the class or dance patterns/routines taught therein.

Payment: Credit cards are accepted with online registration. Cash or check only at the studio.

Cancellation: If a class has been cancelled due to events beyond our control i.e hurricanes, dangerous conditions, flooding, power outages, epidemic etc. We will make every attempt to provide a makeup time for the cancelled class when possible. No refunds or carryovers.

Private lessons: Private lessons are valid for 3 months from the purchase date. Lessons must be scheduled in advance. Private lessons require 24 hours notice for cancellations to prevent being charged for the lesson. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you so please show up on time. We cannot makeup time that you are late. In the private lessons you are one on one with the instructor, this does not guarantee you a private classroom although we will accommodate when classrooms are available. Private lessons are 45 minutes.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for three months from date of purchase. Your email confirmation is not a valid gift certificate. Gift certificates purchased online are mailed to the purchaser. Gift certificates must be turned in at the first class or private lesson to gain entrance into the class or private. All class and private lesson policies apply to gift certificates. In addition, class gift certificates used for November/December classes require an extra $30 per person as these are 6 week courses instead of the normal 4 week course.

All Sales Final - No Refunds or Exchanges or Carryovers: Due to the nature of our service, we are not able to provide any refunds or exchanges for products/services purchased from us.

The Way We Use Information: We do not share this information with outside parties. We do not keep your credit card information on file. Information is used for class and private lesson informational purposes only. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out.

Our Commitment To Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Liability Waiver: I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, private dance lesson workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any Dance Passion classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Dance Passion, DBA, Gloria Jones, its directors, employees, agents, successors, members, relative, independent contractors and assigns from any and all claims from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Dance Passion, DBA, Gloria Jones. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Dance Passion, DBA, Gloria Jones, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, contractors, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. I agree that the above stated applies to any and all classes or private lessons I sign up for past, present or future.
